We’ve had this company out twice in the past week (first for our upstairs AC unit and then for the downstairs one) and both experiences were excellent. The customer service team went above and beyond and was able to schedule same-day visits both times. Both technicians were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their work and took the time to explain everything clearly. The company has also been proactive in putting together a plan going forward to help prevent future issues. I would recommend Northside Services to anyone. When my AC quit working, I contacted them. They came out to see what was going on. Unfortunately at 18+ years, my ac just decided to quit. They gave me a quote and within 2 days I had a completely new system installed and up and running. The crew that came out was very professional. I dealt with Walker in the office and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He got back to me in a timely manner and answered any questions that I had.
